The Flash:
Hook: #10-14 Tiemco 2312
Thread: wine coloured uni-thread 6/0
Gills: white fluff from hackle stem
Head: bead head to match hook
Body: red thread wound over with pearl flashabou
Rib: pumpkin seed flex
Thorax: peacock herl
Tie in white hackle fluff at eye of hook, tie off and coat thread with head cement. Slide on copper beadhead to just behind gills and wind on thread behind bead. Wind thread down body to hook gap. Tie in flashabou and flex. Wind thread back up to bead then follow with flashabou and flex segmented for ribs. Tie in peacock herl just behind beadhead and tie off.
