Tail: Moose Body Hair
Shellback:Elk Hair
Body:Peacock Herl or red or olive floss
Wings: Elk Hair (Tips remaining from Shellback)
Hackle:Grizzly and Brown
The main difference between the Humpy and the Thumpy is that once you wind the floss forward creating the body, bring the deer hair forward and secure leaving the tips upright and divided. Wind the hackles around the collar and upright wings forward to eye of hook and tie off.
